Join a fast-growing New York team within an established international strategy consultancy, working with private equity and corporate clients on high-value commercial due diligence and growth strategy engagements.
\n \nAs an Associate Director, you’ll play a key role in building the firm’s expanding Media practice, leading client engagements, developing senior relationships and supporting business growth.
\n \nYou’ll join a collaborative, low-hierarchy culture where senior hires are given genuine ownership to shape the team, develop people and influence the future direction of the New York office.
\n \nRole Highlights
\nYou will:
\n– Lead commercial due diligence and growth strategy engagements across the Media sector.
\n– Oversee multiple consulting teams and complex projects with limited Partner involvement.
\n– Develop senior relationships with private equity and corporate clients.
\n– Contribute to pitches, sales conversations, marketing and wider practice growth.
\n– Mentor consultants, manage careers and help shape a growing New York office.
\n \nYou Will Need
\n– Strong strategy consulting experience within Media-focused strategy engagements.
\n– Hands-on commercial due diligence and growth strategy experience.
\n– A track record of leading several complex projects simultaneously.
\n– Confidence managing senior clients and external stakeholders.
\n– Previous involvement in business development, pitches or sales activity.
