The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, maintaining organized records, and ensuring information is entered correctly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
• Verify information for accuracy and completeness before entry
• Review and correct data discrepancies as needed
• Maintain organized electronic and paper records
• Process forms, documents, and reports in a timely manner
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company information

Qualifications

• Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Excellent typing and data entry accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle high volumes of data while maintaining accuracy
• Self-motivated with a dependable and professional attitude
