Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 10 Nicu and 6 Stepdown Number of Staff – Day shift Currently have 8 FT RN’s / PM shift / PM shift has 10 FT RN’s however one RN is out on leave due to Immigration Visa issues. Nurse has been out since 3/2021 no set date to return as of today. Type of staff: Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift - Patient Ratios – Type of equipment - EMR -
