A specialty pharmacy is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support a mixed retail and long-term care setting in Walker, MN. This contract opportunity is ideal for pharmacists with recent experience who are looking to contribute their expertise to a dynamic environment providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in both retail and long-term care settings
• Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication usage and safety
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in weekend rotations as scheduled
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Pharmacist license
• Recent experience as a Pharmacist in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location:

• Walker, Minnesota

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Rotating weekend shifts
