Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a motivated Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of commercial general construction experience and a high‑school diploma. The Superintendent will manage relationships with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and inspectors. Excellent communication, respect within the subcontractor community, and the ability to represent the firm on schedule and cost matters are essential. Key Responsibilities The new Superintendent will develop detailed project logistical plans, direct the creation and management of project‑specific safety plans, coordinate material deliveries, develop project flows, and maintain master schedules and three‑week forecasts. The role requires ensuring work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local building codes, while foreseeing and preventing potential problems. What You Bring Minimum of 5 years of commercial general construction experience 30‑hour OSHA certification Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels Proven organizational and analytical skills Ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings, contract/insurance documents and forms, and make appropriate recommendations to the field operations team Negotiation skills and ability to work cohesively as part of a team Meticulous attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Some travel may be required depending on business needs What We Offer Salary range $90,000 – $130,000 and up to 10 % discretionary annual bonus Free medical, dental, and vision insurance for the employee; 75 % cost sharing for family coverage including a domestic partner and HSA contributions Tuition reimbursement, 401(k) matching 20 days of PTO per year, 7 sick days per year, flexible working arrangements, and the latest technology and tools Opportunity to make an impact on a diverse team with decades of professional experience Email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io or apply online at for immediate consideration.
