About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll work with prospective and existing customers throughout the sales process. You'll connect with customers by phone and video, learn about their needs, explain available insurance options, and help guide them toward the right solution.

You'll receive support and coaching as you develop your skills and become more confident managing the full sales process.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective customers through phone and video conversations.

• Build rapport and create positive customer experiences.

• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs.

• Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits in an easy-to-understand way.

• Recommend solutions based on each customer's individual needs.

• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to keep opportunities moving forward.

• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through closing.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.

• Work with team members and management to improve your sales skills and achieve team goals.

• Stay current on product information, sales processes, and industry updates.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a Base + Commission position designed to reward both consistency and sales performance.

Expected annual earnings: $35,000–$75,000 , depending on experience and performance.

Your compensation gives you the stability of a base salary while also providing an opportunity to increase your earnings through successful sales.
