Global Marketing Senior Director, CVRM

The role spans a multi-indication franchise with seven clinical trials over seven years, requiring deep cardio-renal expertise and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global marketing strategies for hard-to-control hypertension patient populations
- Conduct market research and leverage patient insights to inform treatment adherence and engagement programs
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory, and Communications on cohesive strategy execution
- Drive digital innovation in patient and HCP engagement through digital platforms and telehealth solutions
- Establish KPIs and monitor program effectiveness; oversee budget allocation and cost management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) preferred
- 10+ years pharmaceutical commercial experience
- Expertise in patient strategy development and implementation
- Pre-launch and launch commercial experience
- Budget management and business case development skills
- Knowledge of cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic disease areas preferred
Compensation: $233,283–$349,924 base
