We’re seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our opening leadership team and guide the kitchen of one of the city’s most anticipated restaurants. Led by Jean Banchet Award of Culinary Excellence winner Chef Gene Kato , Momotaro is renowned for its precision, artistry, and modern interpretations of Japanese tradition.
