Tech Enterprise Data Governance - Sr Developer AVP

We are looking for a skilled FullStack developer for Data Lake activities. Resource should be skilled developer in Java, React, Python Developer, with strong data, PL/SQL knowledge, with 5-8 years of IT experience. The candidate should have industry experience (preferably in Financial Services) in supporting enterprise applications and exposure to Cloud based Data engineering platforms with deep understanding of data processing frameworks and solid experience with developing micro service applications using distributed computing frameworks. This hands‑on role will partner with senior‑level development managers, architects and business leadership to develop and execute the technology product roadmap. Responsibilities and Qualifications Strong in SDLC life cycle, planning and execution. Willing to lead the team and perform 100% individual contributor role. Opportunity to work in niche functional areas of Capital Markets. Functional knowledge and experience in similar projects highly desirable. Spend 100% of time on hands‑on development, design and architecture. Designs and executes end‑to‑end system tests of new installations and/or software prior to release to minimize failures and impact to business and end users. Responsible for resolution, communication, and escalation of critical technical issues. Prepares user and systems documentation as needed. Identifies and recommends industry best practices. Serves as a mentor to junior staff. Provides agile status notes on day‑to‑day project tasks. Demonstrates ownership, good analytical and quick learning capabilities. Good communication skills; works independently with minimal guidance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience writing, reviewing technology documents including user guides.
