You will design and develop robust backend systems serving U.S. enterprise clients, collaborating with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps in an agile environment. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Java engineer ready to take ownership of meaningful, production-grade work.### Primary Responsibilities* Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot* Contribute to system architecture and design decisions with best practices in mind* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps* Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning* Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code* Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root cause analysis* Optionally support product ownership tasks such as requirement elicitation and solution scopingQualifications & RequirementsTechnical Expertise* 3+ years of professional experience in backend Java development* Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot* Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs* Solid understanding of software development best practices and architecture patterns* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available at this time)Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)* Java certification(s)* Experience with Microsoft Azure* Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelinesSoft Skills & Work Expectations* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities* Comfortable working in a collaborative, agile team environment* U.S. Citizen/Naturalized Citizens/Permanent ResidentsEngagement StructureThis is a contract-to-hire position.
