Join us and make a tangible impact on our strategic direction.Duties: As the Program Manager, you will be the single point of contact for the program, with core duties including:Structure: Organize and provide structure to all in-flight work. This includes maintaining a comprehensive list of in-flight projects, capturing new projects, and documenting essential updates.Operational Excellence: Own and run the operational mechanisms (OpMechs) to ensure alignment with other program cadences. This includes managing recurring syncs, facilitating team retrospectives, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.Communication & Reporting: Serve as the central hub for the program and all initiative-related communication. This involves consolidating status updates to create a weekly summary for executive updates, and working closely with leadership on key communications.Intake & Governance: Act as the intake point for all new data initiative requests. You will be responsible for routing requests to the proper teams for review, sharing them to identify potential overlap across in-flight work, and assisting in the final approval process.Risk & Resource Management: Utilize RAID log to proactively identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
