This role is ideal for a high-energy, detail-oriented professional who excels at relationship-building, persuasive communication, and flawless execution. You'll be the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring every event is thoughtfully planned and exceptionally delivered.This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support event needs.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the private events sales program to meet or exceed revenue goalsDevelop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsServe as the face of the brand for weddings, corporate events, marketing socials, and celebrationsPrepare accurate and detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and communicate all event details to culinary and management teamsConduct BEO meetings to align chefs and managers on event executionPartner with culinary and management teams on menu development and event space setupMaintain the BEO book and manage administrative needs for the banquet departmentIncrease sales through exceptional guest experiences, local store marketing, styled shoots, and trade show participationUtilize Event Coordinators to support final event detailsStay current on food, wine, and hospitality trendsQualificationsExperience in restaurant operations, catering, or event management (restaurant experience strongly preferred)Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skillsProfessional written and verbal communication skillsHigh-energy, personable, and guest-focused approachAbility to connect with a diverse client baseWorking knowledge of Tripleseat software preferredBenefits You Will EnjoyComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance401(k) with company contribution up to 4%Paid time off and flexible schedulingGenerous employee dining discountsLucrative referral bonus programTuition reimbursement programAbout LM RestaurantsLM Restaurants is a family-owned hospitality group dedicated to taking care of our guests, our teams, and our communities.
