Commercial Contract Analyst IPay Rate: $30–$34/hr based on experience Schedule: Monday -Thursday 8 am -530 pm Full-time, onsite | Half-day Fridays Location: Downtown Houston, TXJob OverviewWe are seeking a Commercial Contract Analyst I with 1–3 years of experience to support our client in the oil & gas industry. This onsite role involves reviewing, managing, and archiving commercial agreements and related data within internal systems. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling both digital records and physical documents.Key ResponsibilitiesReconcile data between Gas Midstream and Transportation Agreements and gFlow system applicationsLink agreements using unique ID numbers in the Commercial Contracts RepositoryReview contract status for renewal or termination opportunitiesScan and upload documents into the internal contract management systemPrepare records retention and archiving forms, capturing key agreement dataMaintain accurate and up-to-date data recordsCreate and manage Excel spreadsheets for contract trackingSupport internal teams with data and documentation requestRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma required; some college coursework preferred1–3 years of relevant experience in contracts, document control, or administrative supportAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to lift and move heavy boxes and large file foldersStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyPreferred (Nice to Have)Experience interpreting commercial contractsFamiliarity with any of the following tools:Quorum eSuiteQuorum QCMQuorum TIPSPowerPointMicrosoft VisioBenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Life InsuranceRetirement PlanEqual Opportunity Statement: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
