AI Quality Operator

Improve the quality of our AI agents by reviewing the output of their work. For example, for our phone-calling AI agents, you will:

• Review transcripts and recordings of their calls

• Understand issues that arose on those calls

• Label and document those issues

• Provide suggested guidance on how to improve going forward

Your efforts will contribute directly to the quality of our AI agents, and thus to our mission.

• Detail-oriented: You will need to maintain outstanding attention to detail, as you review AI agent work product at scale.

• Speed: You will need to execute with speed and urgency.

• Rigorous: You will need to often investigate and deeply understand a problem, in order to suggest helpful solutions. To that end, you must be willing to do the hard thinking required to understand the root cause of an issue that you have identified. Surface level thinking will not suffice.

• Growth mindset: Curious, experimental, adaptable.

• Experience operating with excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
