Your Responsibilities <\/b><\/span>

• Work closely with customers to understand operational pain points and translate them into product solutions

• Prototype and develop new features, including hands -on coding where needed
  <\/li>
• Own customer implementations from onboarding to rollout and training
  <\/li>
• Convert learnings from deployments into scalable product improvements and processes
  <\/li>
• Coordinate with engineers, IT teams, and senior stakeholders
  <\/li>
• Work directly with founders on product strategy and company growth initiatives

  Requirements <\/h3>

  • Strong technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution focus

  • Interest in product design, UX, automation, and scalable systems
    <\/li>
  • Ability to combine technical depth with customer -facing confidence
    <\/li>
  • Strong communication skills across shop -floor to executive level stakeholders
    <\/li>
  • Fluent in German and English
    <\/li>
  • Comfortable working in a fast -paced, high -performance startup environment
