DIRECTOR FOR STRATEGY & FUTURE REQUIREMENTS

Strategic Direction and Operational Improvements
You will develop and implement strategic direction, objectives, and business process improvements to aid in establishing desired Command operational and strategic changes.
You will oversee the Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) engagements with Naval Research and Development Establishment (NR and DE) on the implementation of STRL authorities.
You will provide recommendations on establishing management processes and an environment conducive to the effective utilization of personnel and financial resources necessary to support the NAVFAC mission.
You will oversee and measure corporate operation's performance as it relates to allocated resources with an emphasis on infrastructure/facilities and general equipment.
You will utilize analytics to drive accountability and provide assessment back to resource sponsors, evaluating changes to future resourcing needed to advance the objectives of Navy leadership and national security strategy.
You will ensure proper application of accepted business and financial management principles to promote effective, efficient, and compliant operations.
You will oversee and measure corporate operation's performance as it relates to allocated resources with an emphasis on Operating Material and Supply, administrative processes, security, travel, Navy ERP, and process improvement.
