br p strongThe job responsibilities emmay/em include:/strong br ul liCleaning, sanitizing and organizing areas like rest rooms, offices, closets, corridors, guest areas, and stairwells./li liClearing away garbage and emptying all trash./li liVacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors and carpets within designated areas./li liMowing lawns, sweeping walkways, and removing snow./li liUsing snow blowers, floor buffers, and carpet cleaning equipment./li liDusting, polishing, and cleaning all furniture and accessories./li liWashing windows and mirrors, removing stains or marks./li liChecking for damages to property, notifying managers of needed repairs and making minor repairs./li liOrdering cleaning supplies and stocking them with supplies./li liLocking doors and securing building entryways./li liCleaning spills and other hazards with appropriate equipment./li liMoving or lift heavy supplies and equipment./li liWorking in
