Extended Stay - - Responsibilities: Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment following company guidelines.; Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures.; Handle collection efforts of in-house balances and maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.; Maintain an organized and clean front desk area, lobby, and guest common areas; assist with breakfast setup and break-down.; Sell the value of Extended Stay America and convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
