Lead Residential HVAC Installer
$40-$50/hour | St. Louis, MO
Sign-On Bonus Available
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Vitt Heating and Cooling is seeking an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to oversee residential replacement projects, ensure installation quality, and provide leadership to installation crews while continuing to work hands-on in the field.

Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Assign work responsibilities and coordinate installation crews
- Ensure installations comply with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
- Perform advanced equipment startups and system commissioning
- Train and mentor installers on best practices and installation techniques
- Review completed work to maintain quality standards
- Manage job materials and coordinate with the office to minimize delays
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout each installation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Previous experience leading installation crews
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Commitment to producing high-quality installations
