Residential HVAC Service Technician - Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus available!

$30-$45/hour + No On-call Hours

St. Louis, MO

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Explain repair recommendations to homeowners
• Verify proper system performance after repairs
• Complete service reports accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Ability to work independently
