Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse at Heritage Lakeside, you will play a vital role in monitoring, planning, and implementing the nursing care of our residents. You will ensure continuity of care between shifts, providing direct care and supervising the care given by C.N.A.s, LPNs, and support staff members. You will also participate in resident and family education, serving as a resident advocate with a focus on our facility's mission.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, plan, and implement the nursing care of residents within the facility

• Ensure continuity of care of residents between shifts by providing direct care and supervising the care given by C.N.A.s, LPNs, and support staff members

• Participate in resident and family education

• Serve as resident advocate with focus on the facility's mission

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications:

• Current/valid Wisconsin RN License/registration
