Parent Partner

Position: Parent Partner – responsible for providing active, hands‑on peer support to parents of youth/young adults receiving services at McKinley Children’s Center. Peer support may be delivered in individual or group settings at the agency, in family homes or in community environments. The role works collaboratively to increase family involvement within program areas while decreasing unintentional programmatic and institutional bias about parents. Compensation and Benefits The pay range we’re offering is $24.00–$26.00 annually depending on experience.
