This full‑time, onsite position in Boston, MA offers a rewarding opportunity to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within a school setting. The role focuses on providing specialized care and guidance to pediatric students, helping address their unique developmental, sensory, and social‑emotional needs. Responsibilities Assessment and individualized intervention planning for children with ASD. Collaboration with educators and families to enhance learning experiences. Implementation of strategies to support mental health, sensory processing, executive functioning, and socialization challenges. Monitoring progress and adjusting approaches to ensure effective support tailored to each child’s needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience working with individuals with ASD, specifically adults without intellectual disabilities but experience is transferable. Strong knowledge of mental health concerns, sensory processing, executive functioning, and social skills difficulties associated with ASD. Ability to collaborate with educational and clinical teams effectively. Open to candidates willing to travel for assignments.
