Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Harmony Care at Stamford, a long-term care facility that provides a warm and inviting environment for our residents. As an LVN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure our residents receive the best possible attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administers and records medications and treatments
• Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
• CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
