Data Analyst

Job TitleKey Responsibilities1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.3. Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.4. Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.5. Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.7. Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.Skill Requirements1. Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL, Python, or R.2. Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.3. Experience working in agile environments using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.5. Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams to achieve project goals.6. Analytical mindset with a detail oriented and problem-solving approach.7.
