PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid Healthcare Support is actively seeking a PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid to support a nationally recognized leader in healthcare. This company is a leader in providing benefit administration solutions to employers, unions, health plans, and government entities. We are looking for candidates in New York, NY, Denver, CO and Charlotte, NCDaily Responsibilities:Supervise and support a team of account executives to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and performance. Support clients in a leadership capacity, focusing on escalation management and relationship development. Manage high profile but limited client book. Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in PBM services, including but not limited to overall pharmacy strategy, financial performance, contract managementShift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remoteRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree1+ years of previous work experience, preferably in PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, and Integrated AccumulationsAbility to match key PBM concepts and data fields across various systems and file layouts to ensure consistency and accuracy of data transfersAbility to analyze complex business problems to discover and resolve root causesProficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON and other technical data skills preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to develop effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSelf-motivated and detail-oriented problem solverAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment and collaborate in a teamMust Have:PBM experienceAccumulations experienceThey need to be able to speak with vendors.Benefits:Medical, Dental, VisionFSA & HSALife Insurance & AD&D401k with Company MatchPaid Time Off & Sick Leave9 Paid Holidays + 2 Floating HolidaysParental LeavePay Details: New York, NY Salary Range - $96,800 - $121,000 Denver, CO Salary Range - $88,800 - $111,000 Charlotte, NC Salary Range - $80,800 - $101,000 Interested in being considered?
