Fueled by AI and built for scale, we're breaking down barriers, closing care gaps, and unlocking a more connected healthcare experience that is smarter, faster, and more personalized.The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for balancing customer demand, production planning, and material supply to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. This role coordinates across demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to maintain optimal inventory levels and service performance.Responsibilities Include:Demand & Forecast Alignment Analyze demand forecasts and historical trends Collaborate with sales and demand planning to validate forecasts Identify risks (shortages, excess inventory, seasonality)Production & Build Planning Develop and maintain production schedules Align manufacturing capacity with demand requirements Coordinate with operations on constraints and prioritiesSupply Materials Planning Plan and release purchase orders for raw materials/components Manage supplier schedules and lead times Monitor inventory levels and adjust safety stock as neededCross-Functional Coordination Partner with manufacturing, logistics, and finance Support S&OP / SIOP processes Communicate supply risks and mitigation plansPerformance Continuous Improvement Track KPIs (service level, inventory turns, forecast accuracy) Identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve efficiencyOther Assist department with tasks as neededQualifications:Required: Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related) 2–5+ years of supply chain, planning, or manufacturing experience Strong Excel, Google Docs, and data analysis skillsPreferred: Netsuite experience APICS/ASCM certification (CSCP, CPIM) Experience in manufacturing environmentKey Skills Analytical thinking Proactive ability to evaluate and apply AI solutions to improve work processes Problem-solving under constraints Communication across teams Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple prioritiesThis salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, location, and internal equity.
