Clinical Pharmacist - Seattle, Washington

A healthcare facility in Seattle, WA is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support their pharmacy operations on a contract basis. This role involves providing expert clinical knowledge to optimize medication use and improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Review and verify prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness • Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication therapies • Monitor patient responses and adjust medication plans as needed • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to clinical decision-making
