This is an entry-level position with a TON of potential for growth!/ppEssential functions/pulliProvide managerial and operational support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager/liliDrive and maximize store sales, control and minimize shrink, and control payroll within budget to achieve store goals/liliDemonstrate exceptional customer service and ensure each guest receives outstanding service by providing a customer-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every customer and by maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer services./liliImplements and maintains guest service standards./liliMaintains all merchandising standards, display presentations and signing standards and monitors inventory levels./liliEnsures proper completion through follow-up. Assists in monitoring sales performance through the analysis of sales reports./liliEnsures compliance with all company policies and procedures and follows all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment./liliPerforms any other duties as assigned by supervisor./li/ulpRequirements/ppRequired qualifications/ competencies:/pulliDemonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to work independently, as well as with others/liliPossess excellent verbal and written communication skills./liliMust possess sound judgment and people management abilities/liliMust be adaptable to a changing environment and able to consistently achieve goals despite stress and ambiguity/liliMust possess the ability to use computers and technology for information, and to access information necessary to complete the job/liliMust possess ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system/liliMust have open availability to work weekends/li/ulpRequired education and experience:/pulliHigh school diploma or G.E.D./liliMinimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience./li/ulpPreferred education and experience:/pulli3 years of experience in retail store with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role./li/ul/div
