Community Outreach Representative - Entry Level

Resilient Enterprises is seeking a Community Outreach Representative to support outreach campaigns and community engagement initiatives. This role involves interacting with members of the public, providing information about nonprofit programs, and assisting with event-based outreach activities.

This is an entry-level position. Training is provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Engage with community members at events and outreach activities
• Provide information about nonprofit programs and initiatives
• Assist with the setup and execution of outreach campaigns
• Support fundraising and awareness efforts for partner organizations
• Accurately track outreach activities and campaign results
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with the public
• Participate in training and professional development programs
• Collaborate with team members to support campaign objectives

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, volunteer, or event experience is a plus but not required
