About the Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the face of nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and community initiatives at live events and outreach campaigns. You will engage directly with supporters, educate the public about important causes, and help organizations expand awareness and community involvement.

This is a face-to-face customer engagement role and does not involve call center work, telemarketing, or door-to-door sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach initiatives
• Engage with supporters and community members in a professional, positive, and approachable manner
• Educate the public about charitable programs, advocacy efforts, and community initiatives
• Communicate campaign goals and organizational missions effectively

Qualifications

• No experience required – paid training provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
