Community Engagement Representative Entry Level

We are currently hiring a Community Engagement Representative to join our expanding team supporting nonprofit outreach campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and live community events in the local area .

This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and making a positive impact in the community . Our team members gain valuable hands-on experience in public relations, event marketing, fundraising, communication, leadership development, and nonprofit outreach while partnering with nationally recognized charitable organizations.

As a Community Engagement Representative, you will engage directly with community members at live events and outreach locations to help raise awareness, increase donor support, and promote meaningful nonprofit initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations in a professional, enthusiastic, and engaging manner
• Participate in community outreach events, fundraising campaigns, and promotional activities
• Build positive relationships with supporters, donors, and community members
• Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and current initiatives
• Assist with event setup, campaign coordination, and day-to-day outreach efforts
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals and performance targets
• Participate in ongoing leadership training, mentorship, and professional development programs
