Business Support Analyst

We are seeking a Business Support Analyst to provide application and operational support across enterprise platforms and business systems, specifically Carma. This individual will play a key role in maintaining system functionality, supporting transition initiatives, resolving application-related issues, and driving an excellent end-user experience. This position requires strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners while supporting business-critical technology operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve support requests tied to enterprise applications, integrations, and system enhancements
• Track and coordinate issue resolution through ticket management workflows and escalation processes
• Support data migration and platform transition initiatives from legacy environments to future-state systems
• Partner cross-functionally with technology, operations, and external teams to support releases and activation efforts
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve stability and efficiency
• Develop and maintain support documentation, process guides, and knowledge resources
• Assist with user enablement, onboarding, and training activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting enterprise applications within an IT or business operations environment
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms and support processes (ServiceNow experience preferred)
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and analysis
• Experience supporting environments beyond traditional helpdesk functions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Additional Details:

• Experience with system integration and application lifecycle support is highly preferred
• Exposure to platform modernization, migration, or consolidation efforts is a plus
• Experience working in infrastructure or data center environments is preferred
