Summary of Role:Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative that has been established to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The Program will involve a green field implementation of S/4 HANA, PLM Team Center and CRM MS-Dynamics across five releases.Essential Responsibilities:Assist in the e2e process design, build, test, integration of R2R (Record To Report - FICO) value stream.Assist in the resolution of process and integration design issues related to Value StreamReview plans and provide guidance to project team during build, data conversion, testing, cutover, and service transition to ensure a successful go-liveDesign of the key FICO enterprise structure and master data objects specifically business partnerProvide delivery support and assist in resolving open SAP Solution architecture related risks and issues – by leveraging experience.Responsible for functional specifications, data conversion, integration specifications related to the R2R (Record to Report) value stream.Provide thought Leader, best practice, and Subject Matter Expertise within FICOOther Responsibilities:Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.Required Qualifications:Overall experience of 10-15 years and Lead Solution Architect in R2R (Record to Report) role for at least 5-6 full life-cycle SAP implementations in an MNC including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support).Green Filed SAP S/4 Project Implementation experience is a must.Implementation experience in the Hi-Tech industry would be an advantage.Solid understanding & Implementation experience of SAP S/4 HANA USGAAP & IFRS Ledger setup and Reporting, together with multi-currency ledgers with global reporting in USDSolid understanding of SAP S/4 HANA FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Project Systems, Product Costing & Overhead Cost Control). Finance aspects / integration with Ariba for payables is added advantageSolid understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Integration FICO with MM & SDGood experience in Lease Accounting, Bank Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Consolidation & Reporting, with detailed understanding of integration with distribution and logistics, using dropship scenariosDesign, implementation experience in two or more of the following areas SAP S/4 HANA, MDG, Signavio, Vertex (Internal & External Tax Reporting)Good to have understanding/experience in SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice ManagementDemonstrate leadership in general, ability to identify priorities, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis, convince othersExcellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zonesFlexible to work across global time zones with onshore and offshore internal and partner teamsExpected Salary Range$124,000.00 - $208,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.The role you are applying for may require you to obtain a US Department of Defense Security Clearance at some time during your employment.
