Your Role and Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of technicians, ensuring they provide exceptional service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Use your experience in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites to guide your team and troubleshoot any challenges that arise. Qualifications What You Need to Succeed: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, minimum of 5 year driving history.
