Five Star Bath Solutions of Connecticut Location: Connecticut - including Hartford, New Haven, Litchfield, Fairfield & Middlesex counties
Pre-set appointments provided · No cold calling · Uncapped earnings potential: TOP REPS EARN $220K+

$5,000 Fast-Start: Paid Training and Milestone bonuses paid over first 90 days.

THE JOB
Run pre-set, qualified in-home appointments throughout Connecticut
Conduct consultations to identify customer needs and wants
Utilize FSBS' proven sales presentation to present solutions, overcome objections, and close on the first visit.
REQUIREMENTS & CULTURE
Experience : 1+ years in customer-facing roles (Retail, Wireless, Hospitality) and/or commission-based roles
Skills : Strong communication and a passion for home improvement.
Logistics : Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
Mindset : Coachable, high-energy, and self-motivated.
