Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Provide detailed product information, conduct test drives, and explain features and benefits to potential customers. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the dealership. * Conduct follow-up activities with prospective and existing customers to build lasting relationships and secure repeat business. * Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to dealership policies. * Collaborate with the finance and insurance departments to facilitate the completion of paperwork and ensure a smooth transaction process. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Qualifications: * Proven experience in automotive sales is a plus. * Must be coachable and willing to follow our systems and processes. * People with strong desire to success. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Knowledge of automotive products, features, and technologies. * Self-motivated and results-oriented with a customer-centric approach. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. * High level of integrity and professionalism. * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
