Care Manager

As a Caregiver, you are the heart of that mission—providing hands‑on support while building meaningful relationships that brighten every day. What You’ll Do Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes Promote safety, dignity, and independence Engage residents through conversation and daily activities Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment Communicate effectively with families and care leaders In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss What We’re Looking For High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain) Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Pay Range $14.10 - $17.65 per hour Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid Time Off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay (pay within hours of a shift) Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non‑discretionary bonuses.
