Key Qualifications:

• Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Experience working within a school environment, preferably K-12
• Strong understanding of academic, emotional, and behavioral assessments

• Ability to interpret assessment results and develop actionable recommendations
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a charter school setting

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting psychological and educational assessments to identify student needs
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families on student intervention strategies
• Supporting students with counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Developing and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with special education staff
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations
