SDS RX Area Manager

This role requires a flexible schedule, with on-site support from 4:00 AM–;10:00 AM , followed by remote work from 5:00 PM–;7:00 PM . Regular travel required per business needs. SDS RX Area Manager The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing logistics operations within a designated region, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, team leadership, and operational excellence to drive business growth and maintain customer satisfaction across a diverse client base. Job Description Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including transport, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad base of customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor regional staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor KPIs for the region, ensuring operational targets are met and identifying areas for improvement. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional logistics strategies aligned with company goals, taking into account market trends and customer requirements. Compliance: Ensure all logistics operations adhere to local regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities. Required Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or 4 years equivalent experience, required Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management or a related role, required Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution practices, required Excellent leadership and team management skills, required Proven ability to manage a broad base of customers and maintain high satisfaction levels, required Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and optimize operations, required Effective communication and negotiation skills, required Proficiency in logistics software and systems, required Our Organization has a business casual environment and focuses on teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement.
