PuroClean of South Chesapeake | Hampton Roads, VA
$30–$38/hour including bonuses | Opportunity to earn $80K+

You know how to run a mitigation job. We’re looking for a company builder, not just another pair of hands.

We’re a growing, family-owned restoration company looking for a lead who can take ownership in the field and help set the standard for the crew. Your judgment, documentation, customer service, and ability to develop technicians will matter here. As we grow, there’s an opportunity to move into operations leadership.

What you’ll get:

• Full-time, year-round work on local Hampton Roads jobs

• Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses that reward results

• Overtime opportunities and the potential to earn $80K+ annually

• Ongoing training and support for additional certifications

• A chance to help build the team you want to lead

What we need: IICRC WRT and AMRT , at least two years of water mitigation experience, and a track record of running jobs or leading a crew. ASD and other certifications are a plus. Above all, you need sound judgment, excellent communication, outstanding reliability, and the drive to take great care of customers.

The work is hands-on and sometimes demanding, with occasional long days and emergency calls. If you’re ready to be recognized for the responsibility you already carry, we’d like to hear from you.

Apply and put “Ready to Lead” in the first line of your application.
