Legal Assistant

Job Description:We are a boutique personal injury law firm seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our team. You will be the first point of contact for our current and prospective clients to gather critical claim information throughout the course or our representation. Applicant must have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with computer proficiency; prior legal experience is preferable. If you are a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving problems and helping others, we'd like you to join us! Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls and website inquiries from current clients, prospective new clients, co-counsel, or vendors.Provide client concierge and triage phone calls or online inquiries to attorneys or paralegals. Undertake initial claim consultation and complete intake forms for prospective clients.Collaborate with the client relations team, paralegals, and attorneys. Qualifications:Proficient verbal and written communication, Microsoft Office software, and other basic computer skills.Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, critical thinking, and efficient time management.Ability to learn, adapt, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in client communication, legal services, or other related fields preferred.Bilingual/Spanish speaker preferred.
