Compensation and Bonus Structure Base salary ranges from $84,500 to $119,000 annually, with additional earnings based on center size, supervision of RBTs, and mentorship. Bonuses include monthly performance bonuses (unlimited), a sign‑on bonus up to $10,000, mentorship bonuses, certification bonuses, relocation assistance, and a 401(k) with company match. BCBAs eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role; other roles also eligible. Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance Remote work benefit: up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month and up to 16 assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours. Paid time off: approximately 30 days in Year One, including holidays, PTO, CEUs, and flex days. Manageable caseload: up to 8 children per BCBA. No non‑compete clauses. Career Growth & Leadership Tracks Progression path: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Sr. Clinical Director → Group Clinical Director → Regional Clinical Director. Training: Participation in Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training in evidence‑based ABA practice. Research: Collaboration with Dr. Linda LeBlanc on treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality. Education & Support Continuing Education: 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, additional funds for external training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
