Work Environment\n

The regular work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify their specific needs and challenges.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing emotional difficulties associated with aging, such as depression, anxiety, and grief.

• Offer support and psychoeducation to families and caregivers on effective strategies to enhance the emotional well-being of seniors.

• Implement grief and loss counseling practices for residents and their families, especially during end-of-life transitions.

• Document client progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop integrative care plans that address both mental and physical health needs.

• Monitor and evaluate clients' therapeutic progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Stay abreast of current treatment methodologies and best practices in geriatric mental health.

This role focuses primarily on serving elderly clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to addiction, depression, anxiety, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited university.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus performance bonuses.
