Commercial/Industrial Construction Project Manager

Currently looking for a Commercial/Industrial Construction Project Manager to fill a position due to business growth in the Fort Wayne, IN area. Interested candidates should have at least five years of commercial/industrial experience. Relocation assistance offered. This role involves managing projects from concept to completion, balancing office and field responsibilities to ensure quality results and customer satisfaction. Requirements of the Project Manager:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Engineering
• 5+ years of experience working for a Commercial Design-Build Contractor
• Experience with Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore & Timberline
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods)
• Ability to implement and follow company policies, procedures, and standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills
• Willingness to work 10-hour days
• Comfort working within an EOS-driven organization

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Serve as the main client contact, providing updates and resolving project issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain project momentum and foster accountability.
• Build and manage detailed project schedules, tracking progress and communicating updates to all stakeholders.
• Develop Schedule of Values for billing, monitor budgets, review financial documents, and report financial risks to the Senior PM.
• Enforce daily safety procedures, lead safety meetings and inspections, and document site activities.
• Conduct OAC meetings, maintain accurate records, and ensure work meets all quality standards, codes, and requirements.
• Manage subcontracts from award through completion, tracking performance and resolving disputes with Senior PM support.
• Support team development through delegation, training, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Champion company's vision, mission, and core values while driving and communicating organizational change.

Project Manager Benefits:

• Salary $85,000 - $115,000 based on experience
