This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices. Position Overview Together with Supervisor to assist department Managers to take charge of Advanced Quality Plan so as to make sure of the operation achieving quality, productivity and output goals and improve.Key Responsibilities 1. Be responsible of customer quality standards. Ensure the standards, instructions are applied.Deeply understand CSR and deploy to quality activities.2. A part of P-FMEA function teamEstablish quality documents such as control plan, quality standards, inspection instructions.3. Coordinate for PPAP implementation.4. Ownership for leading qualification tasks for NPI, transferring, to get stable process before sending to mass production, support for continuous improvement5. Establish and implement Safe launch plan to related members6. Participate quality meetings in plant and/or with customer and reports. Take part of defect analysis, abnormality report, follow up actions, customer complain7. Take part for trial run, transferring and new product development.8. Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.9. Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:a. 6S & KAIZENb. Environmental Health Safetyc. RBA & Social Responsibilityd. Protection of company assets10. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.11. Good knowledge in engineering and quality at manufacturing processes2. Good at English Communication and report skill3. Document creation skill4. Measurement concept and practice, especially GD&T. Enable to use 3D measuring equipment is a good point5. On job Training, Coaching skill and Basic management & Kaizen6. Quality inspection machines and instrument operation.7. ISO, 7 QC tools, 6 core tools.
