Job Title: Pediatrics - Psychology (Open Rank) Division: Pediatrics Work Arrangement: Location: Houston, TX Salary Range: FLSA Status: Exempt Work Schedule: Summary The Psychology Division in the Department of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) is recruiting a mid-career Pediatric Psychologist to join and grow our Psycho-Oncology program. This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving Division in a role that will include significant program development and projected growth. The individual in this role will join a team of dedicated pediatric psychologists, neuropsychologists, and psychology learners providing evaluation and intervention services to patients of the Texas Children’s Cancer Center/Kinder Children’s Cancer Center at the Texas Children’s Hospital Houston Medical Center Campus. Kinder Children’s Cancer Center is a first-of-its-kind, joint venture between Texas Children’s Hospital and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center focused on ending childhood cancer. Clinical services will span the inpatient and outpatient settings, and consultation with multidisciplinary medical providers and learners will be expected. Training, innovation, program development, and clinical research are expected in this position. About the Division of Psychology The Division of Psychology within the Department of Pediatrics includes more than 60 pediatric, clinical, and neuropsychologists practicing across subspecialty areas at Texas Children’s Hospital, providing care in both the inpatient and outpatient environments.
