An exceptional opportunity to join a leading private equity firm in a high-impact, highly visible role at the intersection of talent, people strategy, and investment professional development.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in recruiting, talent management, or HR who wants to move beyond traditional talent acquisition or HR responsibilities and take ownership of a broader people function within a sophisticated investment environment.

You’ll lead the firm’s analyst program from recruiting and onboarding through development and retention, while also supporting key HR initiatives across the organization. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the employee experience, build scalable people processes, and help develop the next generation of investment talent.

What You'll Do:

Analyst Program & Talent Strategy

• Own the analyst program lifecycle, including campus recruiting, candidate assessment, interview processes, offers, onboarding, and ongoing program management
• Build relationships with top universities and develop strategies to attract exceptional early-career talent
• Partner with investment professionals and senior leadership to identify hiring needs and establish a best-in-class recruiting process
• Develop programming around analyst onboarding, training, performance, professional development, and retention
• Serve as a trusted partner to analysts and investment teams, ensuring a high-touch candidate and employee experience

HR & People Operations

• Support core HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and retention
• Partner with leadership on people-related projects, policies, and process improvements
• Help enhance the firm's culture and employee experience through thoughtful, high-impact initiatives
• Support HR operations and employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and build scalable people infrastructure as the firm evolves

Who They Are

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, people operations, or talent management
