Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Prepare and submit quotations
• Track customer interactions and project activity using CRM software
• Follow up on quotes, projects, and customer requests
• Support existing customers with commercial and technical inquiries
• Assist with equipment selection based on customer needs
• Prepare sales reports, activity updates, and trip proposals
• Participate in customer presentations, meetings, and virtual demonstrations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of customer service, inside sales, business development, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in industrial products is a plus

Training & Development

This role includes a structured training program designed to develop your knowledge of industrial equipment, sales strategies, customer support, and business operations. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business while building the skills needed for long-term career growth.

Additional Information

• Full-time, permanent position
• Occasional travel may be required for training and customer support
• Typical travel is expected to be less than 20%
• In-person position based in Conover, NC
