Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Prepare and submit quotations
- Track customer interactions and project activity using CRM software
- Follow up on quotes, projects, and customer requests
- Support existing customers with commercial and technical inquiries
- Assist with equipment selection based on customer needs
- Prepare sales reports, activity updates, and trip proposals
- Participate in customer presentations, meetings, and virtual demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service, inside sales, business development, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in industrial products is a plus
Training & Development
This role includes a structured training program designed to develop your knowledge of industrial equipment, sales strategies, customer support, and business operations. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business while building the skills needed for long-term career growth.
Additional Information
- Full-time, permanent position
- Occasional travel may be required for training and customer support
- Typical travel is expected to be less than 20%
- In-person position based in Conover, NC
