The Position
Morton Dental Group is hiring a skilled, compassionate General Dentist to join its practices in Lawrenceburg and Lewisburg, TN, offering a full schedule from day one (both offices booked six months in advance).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop customized treatment plans
- Deliver preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care
- Conduct routine procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions
- Provide endodontic and minor surgical treatments, if qualified
Skills & Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid dental license to practice in Tennessee
- Strong clinical expertise in general dentistry
Work Environment
On-site position located in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
Compensation
Production-based model (30% of adjusted production, no base salary, zero lab fees); production-based range of $250,000-$300,000.
